Kitchen Garden and Mini Farm

As part of our commitment to sustainability, in our own on-site Kitchen Garden we grow an array of seasonal vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits, as well as creating our own compost and maintaining a nursery for the resort's indoor plants. We harvest fresh produce like bananas, eggplants, papaya, celery, ginger, spinach, mushrooms and eggs, all of which is used in our kitchens.
The garden also features a mini farm with animals including turkeys, birds, rabbits, ducks, chickens, chicks, and ducklings. Guests are invited to stroll around the site and watch the gardeners at work, help feed the animals, visit our mushroom hut where we cultivate mushrooms, and join in collecting eggs in the mornings.
