Terms & Conditions

Pricing

• Prices quoted are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.
• Prices quoted are correct at time of publication but subject to change without prior notice.

Meeting Package & Venue

• Meeting package prices are quoted for a minimum of 25 persons
• For meetings with less than 25 persons, a room rental charge is applied

Deposit

• To secure your booking, full payment or 50% deposit of the total estimated cost is required within 7 days after the confirmation letter is signed and received by our Sales Coordinator.
• The management has the right to release the booking if no deposit or payment is received within that time frame.

Final Payment

• Any remaining balance can be settled in instalments leading up to the event
• The full balance must be settled at the latest 1 day after the event

Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Banquet Sales Coordinator. The following cancellation charges apply

Additional Charges

• Additional Meals

  • Meals for entertainers and other suppliers contracted by the client are charged at 50% of the full price
• Outside Vendor
  • Outside vendors engaged by the client will NOT be charged an entrance fee provided that no equipment is supplied by the resort

Food and Beverage

• All food and beverages must be consumed on the premises and purchased solely through Padma Resort Legian.
• No food and beverages of any kind may be brought into the resort by the client or any of the client's guests or invitees who are attending the event.
• Bring Your Own (BYO) alcohol is subject to the resort's permission and will be subject to an additional charge.

Noise Level

• Padma Resort Legian retains the right to adjust the entertainment noise level during the event.
• Live music, DJs and other audio arrangements should be turned down from 10PM and completely off by 11PM.
• No extension will be granted at the time of the event.

Damage and Insurance

• Padma Resort Legian will not be responsible for loss or damage to any equipment, merchandise or property left on the premises prior to, during or after the event.
• The client is financially responsible to Padma Resort Legian for any and all damages caused or sustained by the client or client's guests and vendors.
• The release of any and all fireworks is prohibited on Padma Resort Legian premises and the surrounding beach area. A fine of IDR 13,500,000 will be applied if any fireworks are ignited directly or indirectly by the client and/or the client’s guests.
• Substitute pyrotechnic displays (non-fireworks) are permitted with the resort’s permission.

Unforeseen Circumstances

• Padma Resort Legian will not be responsible for any costs or compensation due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Padma Resort Legian will not be responsible for venue-related costs or compensation that are beyond the resort's control, such as natural disaster, terrorist activities or major incidents.
• Padma Resort Legian reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund any deposit at any time should any unforeseen circumstance occur.
